Unable to open large files in my samsung tablet, how can I break them down?

I need to change the PDF file to JPG, GIF, PNG, or BMP. Ebay tells me these are the files they accept. I prefer JPG. How can I do this, and soon...like last week. I notice there are lots of comments but they are flagged as inappropriate. Does this mean your software engineer will not help them? Please don't flag me. Just tell me whether this file change can happen or not so I can cancel my monthly payment if necessary.
