Some pages in my pdf files are showing as blank

Title: Some pages in my pdf files are showing as completely blank.
Steps to reproduce: Open my attached pdf file and scroll to page 3.
Environment: Android 7.0 Lenovo K33a42 with latest software, latest adobe pdf reader app version 17.5.180092.
Expected result: Should able to view what is printed on page no 3.
Observed result: Page no 3 is shown as completely blank or white.
