New and a little confused...
I am subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC, as well as Adobe Export PDF and Adobe PDF Pack. Do I really need all 3 subscriptions, or will Acrobat Pro DC cover it?

You only need Acrobat Pro DC subscription. It covers both export and pdf pack features.
