Adobe reader App in Kindle fire not working properly
I'm trying to access the document cloud on my Kindle Fire HD and it's giving me an error saying it can't connect to the internet or to try again later, but all other apps that require internet work properly and I was even able to uninstall and install back again with no problems so the internet is actually working fine. I already restarted my device and it's still not working. All other documents that are already in my device I can access with no problem through the Adobe app, but I can't access the cloud to bring new documents.
Can you please let me know if the app is no longer supported due to being an old device? Or if it's something we can fix?
