   One time vs monthly pmt.

   If I was given the option to upgrade into a Premium account and only have a one time purchase payment. I would not still be a free user.
   Being on a fixed income make monthly payments hard to keep in budget.

    Stop stealing money from people! I decided to try Adobe for Android with a trial. Although I know people say they cancelled subscriptions all the time, but I tried to minutes after starting and Adobe removes all possible ways to unsubscribe except a phone call. For months I tried to get the subscription stopped and when I finally think I have a way for Adobe to stop stealing 20$ a month from me, they charge me an ETF dbl the price. I chatted with an agent, and talked on the phone with one, both seemed to not understand anything I said and every reply was an offer to continue "trying" Adobe for "FREE" Ha! I finally changed my account information to an account they will never get money from, but I am out almost 200$ for a service I couldn't use because the "trial" didn't give access to any features except reader.. My next stop, every social media outlet I can find to warn EVERYONE!!

    This is a great service, it would be nice to have more space in the cloud storage though. I use it to store and use my files over multiple devices but the amount of space there is isn't enough
