For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Website Broken for Editing PDFs

    Acrobat is not working today: cannot edit a pdf in the web browser and then download it.

    Not sure exactly why.

    Any help is appreciated.

    I tried clearing cookies and relogging in and it didn't do anything.

  2. Acrobat is GARBAGE

    Product crashes, doesn't allow me to use Insert Text. Document cannot be saved. Problem reading the document!! FIX YOUR PRODUCT!!

  3. Adobe is a disaster

    Your system is a disaster. It's incredibly complex and bloated, non intuitive and costly. It can't do the super simple things that are actually needed (eg reducing file size) and instead bombards users with "what's new" and totally irrelevant AI prompts.
    Get real and improve this product.

  6. NOT enjoying PDF

    Editing a PDF is impossible. The websites crashes at least 3 times while I try to relocate some items on the page. this should take no more than 20 minutes and I end up sitting for hours trying to figure out what is wrong with this application. I have the paid version and it works sometimes. How can I possibly fix this

    I'm just trying to remove text I don't know why it's so difficult I'm throwing money away on this thing and so far the help has been usless

  8. I am furious that I cant edit text in a pdf if it recognizes the og format as a jpg

    I want my money back I cant edit text if there is a jpg embedded this has ruined acrobat for me and I am canceling my subscription

  10. Can't send image to back of PDF

    Your products are absolutely terrible. I cannot do extremely simple things. I can't change the color of these boxes. I can't even move them. I can't send them to the back of my PDF. Thanks for charging me money to use the most frustrating product of all time.

    I find editing documents challenging in Acrobat. It was once very straightforward.

  13. Text moved, bolded then all deleted

    The software changed the font and bolding of some of the text. It also moved the text up slightly, meaning I had to adjust it all. When I fixed all of the errors the software created, it deleted all of the unedited text. I usually never give feedback but this was such a poor result I felt I had to tell someone.

  15. Why does this paid service do nothing useful?

    Make this service at least 50% less buggy and terrible. Copy and paste does not work, images appear as blank boxes, and the app crashes every three seconds.
