Acrobat no longer saves signature for signing, no matter how many times you upload it or select "save"

This app refuses to save my signature for signing anymore. It used to - until about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Now EVERY SINGLE TIME it makes me re-upload the image of my signature to use for signing. I sign documents every single day. Why is this feature broken?!?
