Recently scanned documents not appearing in the "Recent" tab
I have scanned a new document using Adobe Scan. The document is in my "Adobe Scan" folder. However, I expected the file appear in the "Recent" tab after logging it.

Spaces are replaced with %20 when downloading the file
When downloading a file to save on my computer instead of spaces in the file name, the file that downloaded had the spaces replaced with %20.
So "Hello World.pdf" was replaced by "Hello%20World.pdf"
