Hello Adobe Support,
The Adobe Acrobat extension’s Convert chat to PDF button is no longer appearing on ChatGPT. It was working correctly until yesterday.
I have verified the following:
- The Adobe Acrobat extension is enabled.
- The extension has permission to operate on ChatGPT.
- Under Preferences → Connected apps → Advanced settings, the ChatGPT option is enabled.
- Reloading the ChatGPT page does not restore the button.
- The extension’s generic Webpage to PDF tool is available, but it captures only the currently visible/latest section of a long conversation instead of the complete conversation.
Previously, the ChatGPT-specific conversion feature automatically scrolled through and captured the complete conversation. That workflow is no longer available because the Convert chat to PDF button is missing.
This appears to be a compatibility or content-script injection problem between the current ChatGPT webpage and the Adobe Acrobat extension. Please verify whether the extension’s ChatGPT page selectors or the ChatGPT conversion rollout have recently changed.
Could you please investigate and restore the ChatGPT-specific Convert chat to PDF functionality?
