Hello Adobe Support,
The Adobe Acrobat extension’s Convert chat to PDF button is no longer appearing on ChatGPT. It was working correctly until yesterday.
I have verified the following:
- The Adobe Acrobat extension is enabled.
- The extension has permission to operate on ChatGPT.
- Under Preferences → Connected apps → Advanced settings, the ChatGPT option is enabled.
- Reloading the ChatGPT page does not restore the button.
- The extension’s generic Webpage to PDF tool is available, but it captures only the currently visible/latest section of a long conversation instead of the complete conversation.
Previously, the ChatGPT-specific conversion feature automatically scrolled through and captured the complete conversation. That workflow is no longer available because the Convert chat to PDF button is missing.
This appears to be a compatibility or content-script injection problem between the current ChatGPT webpage and the Adobe Acrobat extension. Please verify whether the extension’s ChatGPT page selectors or the ChatGPT conversion rollout have recently changed.
Could you please investigate and restore the ChatGPT-specific Convert chat to PDF functionality?

    Hello Shivendra

    1)I am using chatgpt Plus plan
    2)I am in texas USA
    3)I have attached the file below where the chat layout does not show conver to pdf for each conversation and for the whole chat, which was happenning before.
    4)I am using Ubuntu 22.04.

    1. Which ChatGPT plan are you using when you encounter this issue (e.g., Free, Plus, Enterprise, Edu)?
    2. What is the geographic location/region associated with the ChatGPT account?
    3. Could you please share a screenshot of the ChatGPT page where you are experiencing the issue? Please ensure that any sensitive or personal information is hidden or redacted. This will help us determine whether there are any differences in the ChatGPT layout or UI.
