Hi Sarah
I tried and the scroll bar does not move for me. Can you please share the exact options/steps you are using.
Or if its specific to some files, can you please share the files with us?Thanks

Hi Sarah
I tried using it myself and the guidelines are visible for all four sides. Can you please share some files where you see this happening (and also a screenshot of the issue so that I can be sure we are on the same page).
This would help us investigate the issue faster.Regards
VivekAn error occurred while saving the comment Sarah commentedHi Vivek,
it only happen in the "TrimBox" menu.
I'm talking about the preview on the document. Not in the "Set Page Boxes" window.
You can see it on the screenshot under my posting.
The preview in the "Set Page Boxes" is right (green line on the right side).
But the preview on the document (grey line which you can see right under the "Set Page Boxes" window) is not visible.Sorry, I don't know how to explain it more understandable... 😰

Hi Sarah
Can you please be little more specific?
Are you talking about “Change Page Size” → “Custom” option where you want this functionality? Thanks
VivekAn error occurred while saving the comment Sarah commentedHi Vivek,
I'm talking about the menu "Set Pages Boxes" where you can correct the TrimBox, BleedBox, etc. It's placed under "Organize Pages" > "More…" > "Set Pages Boxes" (Shift + cmd + P).
If I have to correct the TrimBox, I would like do add the value just by writing "+1,5" (e.g.) behind the existing value (as shown on the screenshot).
If I do this now an error message appears ("Invalid numeric value.").I hope I could make it a bit more clear :-)
Best regards

Hi Vivek,
1. open a random pdf file
2. zoom in (bottom right corner e.g.)
3. open "Set Page Boxes" (Shift + Cmd + P)
4. add a value in one of the boxes (it doesn't matter which box you use)
5. After clicking on "OK" the scrollbar will move to the top corner.
(It also happens just by open the menu and clicking "OK" without making any correction)
Phew, sorry for the possibly bad description. I try my best to explain the problem understandable in english. I hope it works.. 🙈
Best regards
Sarah
