    Hi TomeK TR, please try setting the following registry:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown]
    "bEnablePersistentButton"=dword:00000000

    Hi, Thanks for reaching out to us and apologies for the issue that you are facing here. Playback controls have been turned off by default because of an ongoing bug with Windows that causes crash in Windows Media Player for some Windows users.

    Playback controls can be enabled by setting the following registry:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureState]
    "HonorControls"=dword:00000001

    Please note that the path may vary depending upon your Acrobat Installation, such as for Acrobat Beta:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\Beta\FeatureState]
    "HonorControls"=dword:00000001

    Please let me know if that solves the issue for you.
