This feature would be extremely useful at my company as well. It keeps AS Workflow from being a user-friendly platform.

This is so true. It also does not work well with Acrobat forms (even when you set fields to work with Adobe Sign). We've had an AS Enterprise account for a year and as an Admin, I've discovered so many disconnects and gaps. It's frustrating to keep having to apologize to employees for inconsistencies and gaps in the way things work. I understand its a new software but it sorely lacks intuitive design and practical application.

I'm facing the exact same problem and it is Feb. 2023. This issue was first highlighted in 2017 and received several votes. Hello Adobe Developers???? Do you care??
