Adobe Sign Workflow - please make settings more customizable & user-friendly
1) Please allow settings so that a sender can go into their console and re-use a previous transaction without having to start the workflow all over again for a very similar document. For e.g. if I sent out Purchase Req. (PR) form #1, there should be an option for a user to clone the transaction and send PR Form #2 using all the same settings, without having to start the PR workflow. Sort of like the option to resend an email in Outlook – its really a new email but you can use the wording etc. in the previous email.
2) Also within Workflow, allow modification of sent documents before they are signed by the first signor. I have that selected in the Group I assigned to my Workflow but it still isn’t showing the option to modify an agreement. This is so very annoying as this workflow is widely used within my company of almost 500 employees. As an admin, I have to apologize to so many for the lack of that option for the workflow “I” set up.
