I have been also trying to get this for quite some time, I am down to the point now of every month opening a new chat and forcing them to open a ticket. I suggest everyone do the same, flood their support with this request so that it actually costs them money to not do it. I got the reply that they can't do it for "security reasons". I don't understand how having an invoice emailed to us for a service we are paying for could possibly be not allowed for security reasons. What if I choose not to pay for "security reasons"?
