This product fails to print the full certificate. User should not have to purchase the product to print a document provided by the Texas Secretary of State upon completion of a course

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Printing a file does not require to purchase the subscription. Could you please provide more details about the issue you're experiencing? It would help if you could share such a document with us.
