Viewer issue
It is impossible to focus with the reader jumping too far. I just want to be able to move down a few lines of data as I always have, but now it jumps to the next page. When I try to go up, it goes up too far. Very annoying, frustrating and a huge waste of time. How do I go back to the prior version?

Hi Abdul, That is sort of it. I would like to be able to move through the pages without them jumping full sections. I used to be able to scroll with my mouse, slowly, a few lines at a time, but I can't seem to do that. Neither can other people in my office. If we resolve this, I can share the solution.
Additionally, for audit purposes, I need to paste sections into an Excel file. I used to be able to highlight a number to show continuity, but now I get an action box to copy or edit text. Highlighting also helped me keep my place in a long line of numbers. -

Hi Wendy,
Thank you for your response. From what I understand, you would like to view the last line of page 1 and the first line of page 2 in a single view. However, the page is scrolling up to show the entire page 2, and vice-versa. Please let me know if this is correct. If you are trying to view the pages in this way, it should be possible using the "View with scrolling" feature.
If that doesn't work, we can reach out to you via email to schedule a meeting and better understand the issue, especially since you're unable to upload the video.
Thanks,
Abdul Samad

Hi Abdul, thanks for replying. I have tried the "view with scrolling" option both on and off. I tried doing a short video, but my work email won't allow me to upload it. So, I need to zoom in to the pdf so I can read the details. With the View with Scrolling toggled on (to the right): When I use the mouse wheel, to move, it used to move through the document a few lines at a time. Now it jumps to the next view. I need to be able to see the last line I looked at as well as the next line. I also need to screen print for auditing. I usually highlight the overlapping number/line to show the continuation. I am no longer able to do that either without getting a text box pop up, which I don't want.
With the View with scrolling toggled left: I can use the mouse wheel to move slower, until I get to the bottom of the page. At this point it jumps to the next page. When I mouse back up, I am at the top of the prior page. -

Hi Wendy,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. Apologies for the inconvenience faced by you. Can you please check if the "View with scrolling" toggle is on? If it is already on then please share a small video of the issue so that we can understand the problem better and solve it. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Please find the attached snapshot to locate the "View with scrolling" option. Thanks,
