    • Is it happening for all files or any specific file ?
    • If it is specific to few files, what is the Page count in those PDFs?
    • What is the screen resolution on your machine?

  2. Adobe reader desktop (read a cloud file) can not maintain highlight mouse like web ver after a highlight been made
