lagging scrolling file on website

too lagging when scroling the pdf file, when using Adobe reader app on desktop, it does not lagging, but web too lag, happen on any laptop

Is it happening for all files or any specific file ?
If it is specific to few files, what is the Page count in those PDFs?
What is the screen resolution on your machine?
