An error occurred while saving the comment AdminAshish Rawat (Adobe) (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi, We appreciate the time and effort you took to leave us a remark since we're constantly searching for ways to make Acrobat better.
The search field on top ("Find text or tools") allows you to not only search for content within the document but also find and access tools. For example, you can search for "Add text" and it will show you the option to add text.
We have also added the Quick tools bar on the left to provide easy access to tools. Additionally, you can add more tools by customizing it. For example, you can add "Add text" under edit to this toolbar. With next update we have made it draggable so that you can place it anywhere you want in the document view.
We recognize that the new Acrobat represents a significant shift, but we hope that as you become accustomed to the new interface, you will be able to use Acrobat more effectively and get more out of it. And, we are proactively addressing the performance/crash issues in upcoming releases.
Following up on this reply, we'll write a thorough blog post explaining the changes, provide you with a guide to help you get used to the new interface, and keep you updated on any further changes that might be coming. We are also updating our helpx page that will assist you better - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/new-acrobat-experience.html
Once again, we appreciate your comments. Please stay tuned for more of our upcoming releases.

Thank you for your insightful comments. We appreciate the time and effort you took to leave us a remark since we're constantly searching for ways to make Acrobat better. The universal nature of PDF led users to switch often between platforms. The disjoint experience of Acrobat across devices made it difficult for users to reorient themselves each time. We needed to create an experience that felt consistent and, at the same time, ensured continuity between platforms.
We have added the new hamburger menu(screenshot attached). It is a comprehensive Windows-only menu that combines all the options in the currently available File, Edit, and View menus.

We have done extensive research, testing, and iterative refinement to the new layout. In the enhanced version, we've maintained a keen awareness of the tools our users are accustomed to. These tools retain their familiar functionalities and workflows designed to work as seamlessly as they did in the older version.
