From what some people have reported, you can't. Either you don't have this problem, or you have an adware simulator. In all seriousness, there are potential ways around this behavior. I would suggest checking the Adobe Acrobat Support Community website. Some recent posts have centered around the issues you are experiencing. User Voice has a very low level of actual Adobe to customer interaction. I wish you good luck.
