Hi,
Can you please share the below information :
1. Your OS details.
2. Version of your Acrobat. Go to Help > About Acrobat.
3. Can you try clicking on Next inside Fill and Sign app and check if you are able to create a link.
4. Please try to sign out and then sign in again.Regards,
