I think this is definitely an issue with Adobe & Mac, the only way I can convert office documents to PDF is to File Save As & change the file type to PDF?

When I try to create a PDF from my word document from the toolbar, it says "You need a valid Acrobat DC subscription to convert PDF using Acrobat Create PDF service" I do have a valid account.
