Daphney supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Daphney commentedWhen I try to create a PDF from my word document from the toolbar, it says "You need a valid Acrobat DC subscription to convert PDF using Acrobat Create PDF service" I do have a valid account.
The issue with Word documents seems to have corrected itself through updates for me.
