  1. PLEASE Don't make the user go through a menu to check off a comment! You DOUBLE the time it takes to go through comments.

    Hands up if you work in publishing.
    Right?
    Large documents. Collaborative teams.Revisions in the 100s and even 1000s.
    ADOBE you are a publishing program. Please talk to PUBLISHERS before you make INTERFACE updates.
    Please return the checkbox.
    Meanwhile you have debilitated my team.

    @Kelly Vaughn. The tool you mention costs $75.Adobe screws up their interface and users have to go BUY a 3rd party tool to work around it?

    The original issue reported in the main thread is resolved by giving a preference for checkbox in the latest release. The other issue reported by Ian Davis is under our radar and we will let the user know if we pick it for future release.
