Thanks for sharing your concern.
Try this ->
1. Right click on the toolbar
2. Select show navigation tools
3. Then select options previous view and next view
4. These shortcuts will be added on your toolbar and would help you while navigating in a pdf with links.Feel free to let me know if there is still issue for you.

We changed out icons based on the feedback we received from many users like you who help us in making acrobat a better product.
We would be delighted to give colored icons to users in case there are more users wanting this change.

Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update (19.008.20074) containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.
