An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedthere was a fix pushed out today. ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/1900820074/ is the patch for the reader, there is another patch for Acrobat but they are both on the website as updates

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedWe are using the application Aptean Ross Smart Client and it isn't allowing us to email PDF's without saving first. The temporary solution is to save then email but this isn't acceptable to our user base (not technically savvy). We don't want to make their work harder. The other option is to downgrade Adobe but this isn't the best way to handle this either, and we want to take advantage of Adobe upgrades!
Thanks, MicheleAnonymous supported this idea ·
good luck! Can you let the group know if it works?
