Can you please confirm if you are still facing issues with launching acrobat / installing acrobat ?

An error occurred while saving the comment Michelle commentedAyush Jain, I can confirm I am still having issues with contact freezing and crashing. This is extremely frustrating as I am a heavy acrobat user. This has been going on for MONTHS! My acrobat is up to date and I have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing works. Please, by all that is holy, get this fixed.
Basically, no. I haven't seen any resolution and I've been following this issue for a while. It goes back to at least 2017 and the High Sierra update. I frequently see admins requesting more info or asking people to update this or reinstall that, but as far as I can see, nothing works. :-(
I have been forced to move away from Acrobat to different proofing software altogether. It is EXTREMELY frustrating that Adobe doesn't seem to have a fix for this issue that has been going on for so long.
