Constant crashes since updating to MAC OS 10.13
Since upgrading my iMac to MAC OS 10.13 Adobe Acrobat DC has become horribly unstable. It crashes constantly, but inconsistently. Sometimes it crashes when it's just open and sitting in the background. Sometimes it crashes when I'm attempting to open a PDF. It crashes regularly when I'm attempting to edit a PDF into a form. I don't get any on screen feedback except the dialog boxes asking if I want to report the "unexpected quit" to Apple, and then Adobe. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat DC. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,
Can you please confirm if you are still facing issues with launching acrobat / installing acrobat ?

Ayush Jain, I can confirm I am still having issues with contact freezing and crashing. This is extremely frustrating as I am a heavy acrobat user. This has been going on for MONTHS! My acrobat is up to date and I have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing works. Please, by all that is holy, get this fixed.

Since upgrading to MacOS 10.13 Adobe Acrobat crashes as soon as it is launched. I have the current 10.13.2 update. I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat via the Creative Cloud interface. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled CC based on instructions on your creative.adobe.com website. Nothing resolves the problem; the program still crashes on starting, either from the CC interface of from the Adobe icon. I can send crash data and a MacOS system report upon request.

Could you please tell me the exact version of Adobe Acrobat DC that you are using. you can check it from About Adobe Acrobat DC menu.
However when Acrobat crashes for you, when the crash dialog appears , click on the report and copy all the Crash report and please send it to me at ajain@adobe.com
We'll analyse the same and will assist you further.,
thanks

I am using Build 18.9.20044.251705. I am running on a MacBook Pro, Retina, 15-inch, Mid-2015 running High Sierra Version 10.13.1. I am running under a Creative Cloud subscription, and have uninstalled, reinstalled, and made sure I was running the most recent version, the one listed above. None of this has had any influence on my problem.

Hi Joe Torkildson,
Have you tried updating Acrobat to latest version? You can update to latest version from menu Help > Check for updates.
Please tell the version of Acrobat you're using. Go to Acrobat Pro DC > About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC > A window would pop up. You can see version number in this windows. Please share version number with us.
Thanks,
Paramjeet Yadav

It continues.
I tried to post the problem report, but it is too long.
I am dead in the water when it comes to creating forms.
Perhaps I should simply discontinue my subscription, and you can kiss your $29.99/month goodbye!

Mine crashes intermittently as well, but particularly when I am trying to create or edit a form. I am happy to provide you the crash report if you think it would help.

I have been in contact with Pratyush and am trying to provide information to sole this. I did try a process refered to regarding a similar crash bug. I uninstalled Creative Cloud and re-installed. That significantly reduced the number and frequency of the crashes, but has not resolved the issue completely.

Mine does the same on MAC OS 10.12.6. with iPad, Macbook Pro, & iMac Just started the past 2 months first on a single file type, then inconsistently with any file at random. Happens every use. Tech service laborious and ultimately blamed it on Apple. Apple checked it out and found no problem. With this being on all my computers and with more than one version of the operating system.......well. Acrobat DC has been quirky from the get go. Know any reasonable alternatives?
