Apologies that we could not meet your requirements. If you could be more specific as to what you were trying and where you faced issues, it would be helpful and perhaps we could resolve the scenario for you.
However, if you want to remove Acrobat Trial, simply uninstall Adobe Acrobat software. After that if you open a PDF file, it will ask which software should take ownership of PDF files.

An error occurred while saving the comment Patricia commentedThis should not be the case if you purchased the program. Adobe needs to be held accountable for false purchases and not having programming that installs properly.

An error occurred while saving the comment Patricia commentedSigning out and back in does not work, there is a real problem with the program. Please fix this or give us access to someone who can. This is fraudulent activity and predatory behavior by Adobe especially when there is no direct access to someone who can fix this problem. Give us a downloadable version or I can make sure I call the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau as well as go online and give a horrible review. I have less than 3 days in my trial. If this is not corrected or someone does not contact me directly from support I will not have an option but to alert the proper authorities. Thank you.
Someone who isn't so demure. I'll be glad to show you proof my account was charged for this program and that logging out and back in does not solve the issue.
This says resolved, how was it resolved...I don't see that in the text below
