2. Delete

   Please include delete option in mobile app by taking storage permission so that directly after reading the pdf we can delete the pdf from the storage. Hence we can reduce unwanted pdfs out of the storage memory. This is my personal experience that over the time all unwanted pdfs (thousands of pdf) are piling up in the storage. Hence when I wanted to clean the memory I was forced to open each and every file before deleting.

   There must be the feature to validate digital sign
   of pdf documents in android so that we don't require every time PC to digitally verify signature as required in Digilocker downloaded documents.

7. Allow User to Set Share Format Default

   I have yet to want to share a document through a link, instead wanting to push an attached document every time. However I am constantly tapping the wrong selection and end up pushing a link.

   I know, it's my lack of patience and attention to detail, I get it. However, I don't think it's too much to ask to be able to go into preferences and select one of three default choices when sharing a document:

   1) Share Attached Doc
   2) Share via Link
   3) Ask me each time

   Then you pick share and Gmail, and boom you're in the email body ready to send, not angry about hitting the wrong stupid button and having to back out, backing out to far, and having to start the entire process over.

8. Highlight

   After I highlighted some points and then close the application, the highlighted points is disappear. Idk this just happened to my phone or not because i still not to trying it to another device. If this is a bug, I hope you can remove it in next update. Thx

9. Need Search index. Search is slow in 1000+ pages.

   Searching for a word in ebooks with 1000+ pages is too slow. A search index needs to be maintained in the device cache.

10. !!BUG!! Editing lost when opening a file in browser

    Reproduction steps:
    1) Open a PDF file in your android acrobat reader
    2) Comment it
    3) Leave your file open in background (for instance, by pressing home button)
    4) Seek some information required for commenting
    5) Click a link
    6) Realize that it opens a PDF in the Acrobat Reader
    7) Pray your comment will still be there when opening the PDF you were commenting, as Acrobat Reader is known to save the comments when closing files
    8) get disappointed. An hour or two of your work was lost.
    9) Enter a bug report and pray it gets answered ASAP.
    10) Continue being a happy Acrobat Reader user.
    11) Donate at least one hour of work value in € to the fixer that will save you from losing further hours of work.

12. Account Sign up

    Pushed create a pdf and prompted to sign in to my Adobe account. After I went through all that trouble I got subscribed prompt. I should have been notified prior to signing up for or signing into my account beforehand. I went through entire sign up process to then find out it's 9.99 a month and not free. Please let consumers know if it is a paid feature before they nosign up.

13. IDEA: Integrated & automated stopwatch within the app.

      If there will be an integrated stopwatch right inside the app which will be automatic- will start when the app will open & will stop when the app goes into baground or, got closed. By this way I'll be able to calculate the total study time easily than the traditional rough time calculation.
    
      And there will be stats about how many hours I studied, on a daily basis & if there will be an option to set goals about daily reading of fixed hours & with Google calender integration, it'll be all in one app for study.

16. enable write access to external SD for Android 5+. Most apps already have that fixed!

    Otherwise the apps editing/commenting abilities are essentially useless!

19. Keep Screen On option unavailable

    Unable to find the Keep Screen On option while viewing any PDF, which was easily accessible on my previous devices (Samsung S10 and iPhone 13). I'm currently running the Samsung S9+ Tab.

    It's extremely frustrating to keep tapping the screen after every few seconds when the screen dims. Please add/update/figure out whatever's got this option disabled.

20. Automatic Elimination of Duplicate File Downloads

    Although a suggestion to "Eliminate Duplicate Files Option" was previously suggested based on my search results, I would nevertheless like to suggest a more preventative measure which is the "Automatic Elimination of Duplicate File Downloads".

    If Acrobat detects that an exact file was previously downloaded to a user's files, it would be productive if Acrobat was able to immediately notify the user that a file with an exact or similar file/file name was previously downloaded. The rationale and benefits of such a feature should be readily evident.

    While I have to consider that such a feature is already available for Acrobat on the PCs or IOS platforms, it's either not available or is not in affect for Android devices, at least not my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7-Lite (SM-T220) tablet with Android 14.

    If this particular type of app feature is already available for Android devices, I would appreciate being notified, along with any known reason(s) why it's apparently not active on my tablet.

    If it's not a current feature for the Adobe Acrobat app for Android, I would appreciate having the Acrobat developers fully consider adding a feature that automatically eliminates downloading a file, or at least notifies the user, because an exact or similar file (based on the file's name or title and/or its body of content) was previously downloaded to the user's files.
