I need to be able to fill out PDF forms and also to write forms myself how will I do that?

I frequently use fillable forms, created by others, like tax forms ect... but I am unable to fill in fields using my tablet. The error message I receive says Acrobat DC for Apple or Windows is required. Please make these types of files fillable with Android Acrobat.

Not everyone has money to pay for this and in order to complete documents we need this but shouldnt cost people money!

I'm just so aggravated because I cannot sign these documents that need to be signed up for this loan and I need them signed and I don't know how and I downloaded Acrobat reader PDF and everything you wanted to try to sign them and still it's saying that I need a different Marine device or something please help me out or please call me in at Walgreens through this I'll sign my name on a piece of paper and send a picture of it to yoi jif you let me do it that way I will sign my name on a piece of paper and take a picture of it and email it to you please let me know
