I’m working at French Post Company La POSTE and we have a problem with your application adobe acrobat reader on Play Store Google :

Your application have been registered in our EMM as public : on French Metropole we have no problem, the application is available and assign all devices
But in Overseas Departement (Guyane, Martinique Guadeloupe, Reunion), the applications seem to be not available in the public google play store.
In French Metropol, Google Play Store is configured with Google Play Store on country France, but in overseas the play store service is other.

Your application is published for All countries in Google Play Store ? We have already encoutered the problem with one our application and we had to publish for all countries (see the screenshoot below).
