Free account that has the option to create a password protection on files

Can you add an option to create a password protection option on files. One for personal and one that contains partner access?

This thing could be beneficial for all of us. I want to store some data of my website (https://fastlabourhire.com.au/general-labourers-melbourne/) on acrobat and want to secure it by creating a password. So that, nobody can access it. Whenever they enable this feature please do let me know. Thank You
