For Publishing non-published opinions, for which the Judiciary findings of no pecuniary value, and where a people E. Pluribus Unum under my jurisdiction over the pecuniary value of my private data out weighs the National security concerns of a deceitful federal government of the United States of America, there shall be a federal Public Printer for my personal defence against unfaithful sworn officials who have betrayed thier oaths to preserve, uphold, and, to the We people, E. Pluribus Unum, which I now come, (s) Ech0-7873 "All Rights reserved.."
