We have been unable to cancel my mother's AI. She didn't mean to order it. She was trying to order your Adobe product so she could open PDFs. Well unfortunately she accidentally paid for the AI only instead. Can you explain to me how in the **** you can charge someone for your AI without it actually being used on any of your products? This company's become as big a joke as HP printing products themselves.
