The ability to use third party apps (Google authenticator, Microsoft authenticator, Bitwarden, etc.) for 2FA would be fantastic. Or, updating your 2FA app to take the role of third party authentication for other accounts. A few companies do this, use their own app and won't allow others, but not many. This makes it tough especially when getting a new phone. By using one app for security codes and passwords (Microsoft has ended password support without Edge browser, thanks a lot) it makes things so much easier. Because of the troubles trying to login to my account, I've used third party apps to read PDFs on some devices. I'm careful with what I put on your cloud since I either don't 2FA or it goes to email. My phone number changes often enough and right now I'm forced to use VoIP which I believe isn't supported by you (among most other companies) as a secure way to verify. I'm sure this topic is somewhere in all these options, but I didn't find a form for just the Adobe account and security options, so I put it here. I scrolled through the first two pages it gave me before I created a 'new idea.' I've been through the help and the community pages, and the community has quite a buzz about it still, with some three years old and still getting replies added, upset this is not an option. For those of us who do look if you still won't use a third party, maybe tell us why. I haven't paid often for services, but I did for a while and your apps all work very well, I just didn't use them enough to justify the cost. I still use many of your products for free, but many of those replies were loyal customers who stopped because of this. We don't understand why it's something that causes a problem and you won't let us use a different company.
