Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    word. to pdf on my resume was awful. lost most of the formatting. worthless

  2. poor processing

    Guys, please get this feature together. I have had errors on a very basic function. Just trying to compress a PDF. Now I have to go to a third party.

  3. Horrible Quality PDF to Image Conversion

    Your PDF to image convert lost so much quality when trying it out that I'm not willing to pay for your service.

  4. terrible product

    this product is working so poorly im extremely upset. when i converted my pdf to word, the formatting is so poor and off. i'm wasting precious business time trying to edit when i could recreate the entire document and save myself frustration and money without using your converter.
