  1. Dear Adobe

I am a user of your Adobe Reader on my Ipad, gradually moving all material from Ibooks to Adobe reader, primarily because of the Reader’s superior folder structure. Now I am faced with a problem. The main body of an old book, dated 1563, as obtained from the Utrecht university library, is visible in Ibooks but not in Adobe Reader. The link to that book is:
    http://objects.library.uu.nl/reader/index.php?obj=1874-255088&lan=en#page//27/21/67/27216700602718352087330726891608239419.jpg/mode/1up255088&lan=en#page//27/21/67/27216700602718352087330726891608239419.jpg/mode/1up
I have tried many ways to get it readable in Adobe Reader:
-sharing the pdf of that book in Ibooks with Adobe Reader,
-straightaway from the Utrecht university site using Safari, …

  2. I have a PDF in the cloud, but I need to download it to my iPad. I am able to download using the iPhone app, logged into the exact same document cloud, but I don’t seem to be able to download the document to my iPad. This is a document that I need to access when not connected to the internet. So far, I have spent about 25 minutes sending it to myself, downloading to Dropbox, and god only knows what else. This really shouldn’t be that difficult.

  3. OneDrive for Business and Adobe Acrobat Reader for Intune (iOS) is MAM Enabled. When trying to open a PDF in ONeDrive for Business from the Adobe Reader application, you get the error "The document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged."

The Adobe app can open PDF's from a personal OneDrive, its only when on a OneDrive for business controlled by Intune MAM (App Protection Policies) it has the issue.

I believe this is a bug with Adobe Acrobat Reader for Intune (iOS)

  4. We use Adobe Acrobat Reader for Intune (iOS) and when clicking 'Online Support Forum' it prompts you to install the Intune 'Managed Browser app' Microsoft now support Edge with MAM (App Protection). I have this installed but it still prompts for Managed Browser'. The app should know Edge is installed so Managed Browser is not required.

  5. For files in Dropbox, there is an icon with a cloud and an arrow pointing downwards, which allows me to download a offline copy that I can open later. This feature is similar to that of the iOS built-in “Files” app. However, for certain large pdf files, the Acrobat app sometimes re-displays the cloud icon next to the file’s name after certain period of time, requiring users to download it again (but being large is exactly why I need an offline copy!). The built-in “Files” app never does that; it seems to be keeping downloaded files for much longer time,…
