    When I try to combine files, I’m blocked by a request to purchase the subscription but I am already subscribed.

  2. I have paid for one month still unable to create pdf files

    I have been charged 160 for a month subscription but still I am unable to create PDF files

  3. No longer able to create folders

    With the new update, which is less user friendly in my opinion, I can no longer create folders and group PDFs in that folder. I was able to do this previously, before the update. If there’s still a way to do this, please inform me.

  4. Won’t login on other device

    Hi my name is Katherine Kennedy,I bought all the Acrobat apps thru iTunes
    I should be able to sign in and do what I want with it.
