How to repair Damaged VMDK Files?

Steps to repair damaged VMDK Files:-
1. First of all, install, run, and open the VMDK Recovery Tool.
Later, choose Dynamic Disks and choose the VMDK files from your system.
Once you have selected the VMDK files, then click the Next option.
Next, select Advance Scan, and hit the Next button.
After that, choose Add Custom Volume, pick a desired file type, and click Next.
Now, choose Standard mode for the recovery process and again tap Next.
Scanning will start now, once it’s done then hit the Next button.
When finished, click the Save button.
