1. Open in App

   How can I avoid opening all of my PDFs through this portal? I would like them to open up in the application. I have changed my settings for pdfs to open in Adobe, but it is opening the chrome version instead. I am not sure if this is an error on my end or if it is perhaps my workplace administrators changing settings on their end, so this might not even be something you can help with if it is my admins. Any tips?

2. doesn't recognise my printer

   why when I go to print is adobe not recognising my printer? Its ok until I ask for more settings to print labels then it fails

   Hi,

   Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

   • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
   • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

   Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.

10. Need Proper Right Click Menu

    When I right click, I should be able to see the typical right-click menu one sees on a computer (i.e., showing the "Copy" and "Search" functions). What comes up when right clicking here is not useful.

13. i don't like it

    add-in takes up too much screen real-estate. Needs to have a "minimal" mode, or ability to turn off toolbars, etc. I'm reading a pdf in a browser - I am NOT trying to mark up, edit, etc. I don't need all these tools/icons

16. Open in Desktop App button in Chrome does not work

    The "Open in Desktop App" button does not work when I open a PDF in Chrome. The PDF does not open in Acrobat.
