  3. The AI Pop-Up box is ALWAYS in the way

    The AI pop-up box at the bottom of my documents is in the way EVERY TIME. I have to close it every single time I open a document. I would LOVE for this to go away.

  4. Not properly loading/Citation of APA 7 inaccurate

    My adobe has not been worlking on my mac. It is always saying "error" when asked to provide a summary.

    Also, the programming needs to take away the use of providing inaccurate information when asked to cite in APA 7. I am paying this program to provide accurate information. Not have embedded features to provide inaccurate information. If I can go to a free online website to create a citation. I would hope you AI is smart enough to do that as well.

  5. Not able to edit using browser extension

    We are constantly not able to edit using the web browser and this is causing severe workflow issues and delays.
    It does not work in Edge or Chrome. After clicking on Edit, nothing happens.

    the toolbar says: "Enjoy the pdf tools included in your subscription"

    • no one enjoys using pdf tools, its work
    • no one enjoys subscribing to a product that should be perpetual process

  11. ADOBE SUCKS AND I HATE AI

    NOTHING WORKS RIGHT ANYMORE! I HATE THESE AI FUNCTIONS, THEY SLOW DOWN THE WORK FLOW PROCESS TREMENDOUSLY BUT FURTHERMORE, HALF MY TOOLS DON'T WORK. I TRY TO ADD TEXT BOXES TO FILL IN SPOTS THAT AREN'T AUTOMATICALLY FILLING IN AS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO AND THE TEXT DOESN'T EVEN SHOW UP NO MATTER HOW MUCH I ADJUST OR BOLD OR CONFIRM IT'S IN BLACK. EVERYTHING SUCKS IN ADOBE NOW. FIX THIS.

  14. don't want to renew, give me back my$! and cancel subscrip immediately!

    i don't want to renew at this time -- how about sending an invoice and asking me to approve the renewal -- i did not realize i was charged today $129 and apparently paid it, even though i want to cancel. Please take this msg as a cancellation on the same day your company renewed me automatically w/o my permission. Thank you, please confirm I won't be charge for this unwanted renewal!   16. Cant combine files / I get error message saying it has timed out WTF

    I cant combine files - I follow the process - it says your doc is ready nothing has combined and I get an error message indicating the page timed out

    Stop shoving worthless AI trash into this product. I had to close out of three tabs to see my document because there are so many worthless AI assistants blocking the screen. Please stop being so worthless.

  19. text box suggestions not useful - single entry hidden

    WHY??? when I paste a narration into the "A" text box and it is a single item - used often, the box "strolls" down to the next line - so "hides" what I have pasted. in this case 1906-51. THEN a whole list of "suggestions" come up that as I arrow up through - does not allow to see the hidden one - which is the only text I want. SOMESTIMES because it is "hidden" the box is so slim one can't click back on it to because it is to slim to pick out amongst other boxes. on to…
