  3. Stop with the AI popups!! We know the stupid button is there!

    Please. Please. PLEASE. STOP WITH THE AI ASSIST POPUPS!!! If I want to use it, I can click the stupid button. It is brightly colored and obvious. I am not clicking is because I do not want to use it so WHY IS IT ALWAYS ON MY SCREEN ANYWAY?! If anything, I want to be able to remove the button from the ribbon out of sheer spite. Why all you tech giants think your users are drooling to use AI for EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT is ridiculous.

  4. can't use this **** product bc it sucks

    I just need a shareable link but for some reason, even after zooming in, the menu on ******* adobe is ******* tiny. I can't even read the text I'm typing right now. **** AI if it makes every basic function suck. this is absolutely ridiculous

    The location of your widget is counter productive.. if i need adobe i'll open i do NOT need a widget interfering with every page or online application i use.

  7. HORRIBLE why is the Free version FAR better?

    The free version is better than the one I pay for???? How do I go back. I HATE this... I Cannot draw on my documents, I cannot easily type on my documents, I cannot do any of the things I previously did? This is awful

    it use to be an easy print to pdf image that inhibited editing and copying signature. Now its gone. wtf

  10. Software access and popups

    I have an account with Adobe, and I want to share my frustration with the overall experience.

    The ongoing login issues, constant pop-ups asking me to purchase additional subscriptions, and repeated feedback prompts have made this product very frustrating to use. What has happened to this company?

    Adobe used to make excellent products that simply worked. Over the past several years, however, the user experience has declined significantly. I want software that I can open and use without having to jump through so many hoops or dismiss so many promotional pop-ups.

  11. I don't know what you're asking for here

    I used to be able to click on a pdf and it just opened. Now, I have to click on the Adobe extension and find the file in downloads to open it. I hate having to take this extra step and am currently looking for another free reader. This is incredibly frustrating.

  12. Acrobat "could not convert your file." it was a ChatGPT discussion of eight pages.

    At the top of the ChatGPT pages there is an Adobe button to "convert to PDF." I pressed it. The machine scrolled down to the bottom and said it would convert, but then the message came up saying it couldn't. I wonder why.

    By ending it! I am viewing HIPAA protected information and have NO interest in having Adobe scour my private, protected information. I do not trust Adobe or Adobe's AI model.

    I want to view a document. That's all. I don't want your AI suggestions. I don't want your summary. I don't want your constant nagging for feedback. Your company is like a controlling and insecure girlfriend/boyfriend. Every time I interact with you I'm nagged for feedback ("Do you love me?   16. Get rid of AI summaries

    how DARE you automatically generate your stupid AI summaries of every document I open. This is a violation of privacy and a waste of the world's resources. I know how to read and I'm not asking you to do it for me. I turned the setting off but I'm so mad that you turned it on. eat rocks.

  18. regretting my subscription

    I am not only paying personally for a premium version of this platform but this is an inform for insurance or medical benefits. YET I cannot edit it, not is it with the progress completed available in the desktop version I downloaded with NO help from you- you kept taking me to an email draft that doesn't even give you a link directly to the Appstore, just the website (a cyclical nightmare). blame user if you want
