    Upon installing and downloading my first file from the EDGE browser the program placed the item in an obscure location. It was named a string of characters (not your fault) that I had to attempt to remember. As a programmer and former systems auditor for a Fortune 500 company, the product must always be user-friendly. I would my experience a "Fail". Always assume that users aren't tech-savvy and/or that they value their time.   8. Changes

    Adobe Acrobat has lost it appeal as you have taken away many of the advantages of using it and are trying to make us all buy a full version. I'm just an individual user and it seems that you prefer not have us use your software. Very Sorry that management thinks this is the way to handle things.

  10. default text too large, should auto adjust

    No where readily findable, how to edit text size. This is like the 5th time I've encountered this and tried to figure out. Just really poor design.

  12. Pause or log out for Lunch break. see Pg. 26 & 34

    O page 26 of the TELPAS manual, 13th bullet, it said "Students should pause their tests for breaks, including lunch breaks. "
    However on page 34 bullet 10th it said "For lunch breaks, instruct students to log out of the test."
    This is confusing. Do we log out for Lunch or we just pause.

    Add a brightness adjustment to the highlight palette, so the selected highlight color can be as bright or as shaded as desired, similar to a downloaded Adobe file (see comparison capture below).
