File opened in browser will not display

When opening a pdf from another program (Granicus) one file will not display. It opens, displays for 1 second, then I see a gray screen. Though if I download the document, I can open and see it fine.

    Hi Angel,

    Sorry for the issue that is being faced !!
    We are constantly putting efforts to improve our extension. It will be really if its possible to share pdf url with us for better debugging and resolution of the problem that you faced.
