Our viewer has a built-in option to open PDFs in Acrobat (see attached screenshot). If this option isn’t working for you or if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out.

Você pode compartilhar o URL do PDF (se não for confidencial) para o problema de tela preta enfrentado e também, mudamos o local de download e imprimimos apenas com base na resolução da tela do sistema. Você também pode compartilhar a captura de tela da interrupção do ícone que está sendo enfrentada?

Edge Browser Settings: Could you please provide a screenshot of the browser pdf settings ? You can access this page by navigating to edge://settings/content/pdfDocuments?search=pdf on edge browser.Also, If the "Always download PDF files" toggle is currently enabled, we recommend turning it off and attempting to print the respective file again.

Thanks for your patience. We are glad to let you know that with our latest release on our Chrome Extension, the issue reported by you has been addressed via Share Button in top right corner. Please find screenshot attached for same.
We request you to please try out the experience again on production and let us know if issue is fixed for you.
