Edge Browser Settings: Could you please provide a screenshot of the browser pdf settings ? You can access this page by navigating to edge://settings/content/pdfDocuments?search=pdf on edge browser.Also, If the "Always download PDF files" toggle is currently enabled, we recommend turning it off and attempting to print the respective file again.
If you have any additional details or observations related to the problem, feel free to include them. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to your response.

We are glad to let you know that with our latest release on our Chrome Extension, the issue reported by you has been addressed via Share Button in top right corner. Please find screenshot attached for same.
We request you to please try out the experience again on production and let us know if issue is fixed for you.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -
Can you please share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
Also, can you please open these browser settings - edge://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Always download PDF files". If yes, please click on toggle button to disable the same. Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.
Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved. -

Frequency of the Issue: Do you encounter the printing issue consistently with all PDFs? If not, could you share a specific PDF file for which you are experiencing this problem?
