I have an account with Adobe, and I want to share my frustration with the overall experience.

The ongoing login issues, constant pop-ups asking me to purchase additional subscriptions, and repeated feedback prompts have made this product very frustrating to use. What has happened to this company?

Adobe used to make excellent products that simply worked. Over the past several years, however, the user experience has declined significantly. I want software that I can open and use without having to jump through so many hoops or dismiss so many promotional pop-ups.

Because of these ongoing issues, I'm now looking at alternatives from Google or other companies that offer a simpler, more reliable experience.
