  2. Draw freehand cannot even draw any solid, straight, non-rounding and tilted line while highlight does not do is job to any part of the document and with a low opacity,

  4. The web app, in no way shape or form works the same as the deskto app. Selection of anything isn't possible. You'd think you guys would have sorted all of this out by now given how old this program is.

  6. Stop pretending you are clever and try making a professional program with a well written manual. No one would ever want to open a file in a browser. Who thought that up a 12 year old child? You have already made Acrobat a worthless piece of **** and now you want to make it worse. Grow up and try making it useful for the users instead of indulging adolescent coders with no concept of what real work is. ******** and your ******* corporate arrogance.

  11. Just open the window. I can't even read the document because it's so small, I have to close the pop up windows and side bars. It's so much work. And we don't see how we can set preferences. I would like mine to open on the right, for example. I'm not happy with it at all, it's just too much work to deal with.

  15. All of the extra characters before the actual website make a bunch of extra work to just send someone a link. Is there a way to hide all of that, so we can just work with short, comprehensible links?

  16. very difficult to download adobe pdf even though I HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION.
    It happens that microsoft restarted my computer installing only microsoft edge that uses its features to open pdf files and does not want me to use the pdf program and also deletes chrome application, which gives better results in searchs for academic research. I really don't like microsoft edge. I prefer to use chrome and I would like to have freedom to choose to use it and not be forced to use Microsoft Edge and its features.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.
