1. Supress showing this capability to Enterprise customers since I do not have this entitlement.

   I have an enterprise account and I'm seeing Adobe Express and the ability to create content there. When I click on any of these I'm asked to sign in again and then I get an error message.

   You can go to profile icon and click on Settings option. Under settings dialog, turn off Use acrobat web beta check box

5. Cant move files with multi select on your documents page

   While on the page https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/ I cant move files with multi select enabled. But it works fine while on https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/

15. Improving the PDF annotation & sharing experience in Acrobat Web Beta

    Hi everyone,

    I use Acrobat Web Beta every day to work with PDF files — editing, commenting, and sharing documents Steal Brainrot Game with colleagues. I noticed a few things that could be improved for a better user experience, so I wanted to hear if anyone else had the same “headache” as me + discuss solutions:

    When sharing PDF files, the comments section sometimes doesn’t sync well — I want to make sure everyone collaborating sees the latest comments without losing them.

    Link sharing or access permissions: If I revoke access to a file, is there a way to keep other people’s comments?

    I want the ability to select multiple notes/comments to delete, move, or share — like the desktop version — will the web beta support that later?

    Adding a “comments summary” to quickly see important or completed comments would be helpful for team collaboration.

    I would also like to see if Adobe would consider adding these improvements. If anyone has similar thoughts or has found a workaround, I would love to hear from you!

17. Can Old PDF Plugin Errors Cause Workflow Disruption?

    I just saw the Poly Track new version of Acrobat, but I am still using many old PDF plugins for my daily work.

    I wonder:

    Is anyone else experiencing the plugin incompatibility status error causing errors when opening PDFs or in documents?

    Is there a way to check or prepare before upgrading to avoid workflow disruption?

    Do you have any tips for managing old PDF plugins while still updating to new versions smoothly?

    I think this is an important issue for all Acrobat users who want to upgrade safely. Would love to hear experiences and advice from the community!
