1. Recently scanned documents not appearing in the "Recent" tab

   I have scanned a new document using Adobe Scan. The document is in my "Adobe Scan" folder. However, I expected the file appear in the "Recent" tab after logging it.

   In general I would expect all new documents that I have created in the doc cloud to appear in this section.

4. Adobe Acrobat Pro Runs Fine But My Hardware Is Clearly Struggling to Keep Up

   I want to share this as a general hardware discussion because I feel like the Acrobat community talks a lot about software features and PDF workflows but rarely about the actual hardware requirements that make a meaningful difference in day to day usage and I think it is worth addressing openly.
   I have been using Acrobat Pro for legal document work for about three years now and for most of that time I was running it on a mid range laptop with 8GB RAM and a fifth generation Intel Core i5 paired with a standard SATA SSD. Acrobat worked but it never felt particularly responsive and I had quietly accepted that sluggishness as just how the software behaved.
   Last month I finally upgraded my workstation hardware after the laptop started showing its age beyond just Acrobat performance. Moved to a desktop setup with a twelfth generation Intel Core i7, 32GB DDR4 and a proper NVMe SSD and the difference in Acrobat specifically was genuinely shocking in a way I did not anticipate.
   OCR processing on large scanned document batches that previously took long enough for me to walk away and make coffee are now completing while I am still sitting at the desk. Scrolling through hundred page documents with complex formatting is completely fluid. Running Acrobat alongside other applications simultaneously no longer feels like I am asking the system to do something unreasonable.
   The part that surprised me most was how much the NVMe storage specifically contributed to the improvement. Large PDF files that used to take a noticeable moment to open are now essentially instant which makes a real difference when you are opening and referencing dozens of documents throughout a working day.
   I sourced most of the components through https://www.orangehardwares.com/ and found the pricing on the NVMe drives and RAM particularly competitive compared to what I had been seeing elsewhere which made the overall upgrade more affordable than I initially budgeted for.
   Has anyone else noticed dramatic Acrobat performance improvements after a hardware upgrade and which component made the most noticeable difference in your specific workflow?

5. My Outdoor Camera is not working properly

   I installed a D-Link outdoor mini bullet camera outside my garage a few months ago for security monitoring, and it was working perfectly in all weather conditions at first. Recently though, the camera randomly loses connection during the night and sometimes the video feed becomes blurry or completely black after light rain. I already checked the wiring, reset the camera settings, and updated the firmware, but the issue still keeps happening. Now I’m not sure if the camera itself is failing or if moisture may have affected the connections somehow. Any advice would really help before I replace the whole setup.

6. UPS causing Issues

   I’ve been using a Tripp Lite 230V UPS for my desktop and networking equipment for almost a year, and it was working perfectly during power outages until recently. Now whenever the electricity flickers, the UPS sometimes makes a continuous beeping sound and shuts everything off instead of switching to battery backup properly. I already replaced the battery and checked the load capacity, but the issue still happens randomly. I’m not sure if the UPS itself is developing a fault or if there’s some issue with the charging circuit. Any suggestions would be appreciated on should I repair it or buy a new one and (if new one) , Where should I get it with reasonable prices .Suggestions are appreciated.

7. Dell Docking Station issue

   I recently started using a Dell USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Dual Video Docking Station with my work laptop because I needed an easier setup for dual monitors and extra USB devices. Everything worked fine at first, but lately one of the monitors randomly disconnects for a few seconds, especially during video calls or when multiple devices are connected. I updated the dock drivers and changed cables, but the issue still keeps happening. Now I’m not sure if the docking station is failing or if it’s some power or compatibility problem with my laptop. 9. Page Layouts design focus

   There can be several things to stand out from the industry you can also work on such as getting an awesome page layouts with proper desgins, but as I'm not 100% sure about that but I'm sure with this website, https://www.bookpublishers.co.nz/ there UI UX according to the book publishing services is just mind blowing!

11. Acrobat web

    I use PDFsharp (v1.32) for merging several PDF files. I open documents using this code:

    PdfDocument inputDocument = PdfReader.Open(pdfFilePath, PdfDocumentOpenMode.Import);
    And while opening one document (with PDF version 1.5 (Acrobat 6.x)) I receive an exception:

    An unhandled exception of type 'PdfSharp.Pdf.IO.PdfReaderException' occurred in PdfSharp.dll Additional information: Cannot handle iref streams. The current implementation of PDFsharp cannot handle this PDF feature introduced with Acrobat 6.

    What can I do with it? I need to merge all files, I cannot just skip it. I tried to find solution, but found not answered or just very old feedback from PDFsharp Team that they are going to "fix it".

    Load time is incredibly slow for shared documents with comments. It took 20 secs to load in the US on a fairly small file.

14. Showing wait time

    I did a series of 3 actions: uploading a pptx, converting pptx to pdf, compressing the pdf. I wish I would be informed about how much time I would need to wait until each step can be done. This would help me decide if I wait here to finish my task, or come back later.

18. Next best action from page(s) view from right hand tools

    Modern viewer - when I click on the right hand panel to see the pages in my PDF, I would think I could reorganize the pages, but currently I cannot. Is that not part of the MVP or is that not part of the experience at all?

19. Moving between viewer and all tools

    Modern viewer - clicking 'all tools' takes users to the all tools page and the items in the all tools page are highlighted in blue

    And the only way back is with the back button - which seems like an odd user experience
