Smart Comment Management in Acrobat Web
I’ve been using Acrobat Web more frequently for collaborative reviews, and while the commenting tools are reliable, things start to get messy in longer documents with dozens (or hundreds) of annotations.
Currently, the Among Us Online comments panel works well for viewing, but it can feel overwhelming when I need to filter or organize specific feedback. A few improvements could really streamline the review process:
Advanced Filters – Options to sort comments by author, color, or type (highlight, sticky note, drawing, etc.) would help me focus on relevant feedback without distractions.
Threaded Conversations – Being able to “reply” directly under a comment instead of creating a new one would make discussions clearer, especially in team projects.
Export/Import Comments – Sometimes I want to share just the comment log (without the full PDF) for quick review or to integrate into project management tools.
These features would not only improve productivity but also make Acrobat Web a stronger choice for professional document collaboration—something I currently still rely on the desktop app for.
